Director of Nursing We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Restorative Aide to join our care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by supporting their recovery and maintaining their functional independence. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and grooming Assist residents with patient specific restorative programs to promote residents' independence and well-being Monitor and document residents' progress and report any changes. Support residents in participating in therapeutic exercises and activities Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior Restorative CNA experience required Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols Flexibility to work every other weekend Join our caring community where we prioritize resident well-being, professional growth, and a positive work environment.
