Telehealth Field Coordinator (CNAs Encouraged to Apply)

Overview:

We are hiring a dependable on-site Telehealth Support Coordinator to facilitate telehealth psychology sessions within residential care facilities. This role supports licensed psychologists by managing resident flow and ensuring smooth operation of virtual sessions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with facility staff to identify residents scheduled for telehealth appointments Escort residents to designated rooms or deliver and set up tablets for sessions Ensure residents are properly connected for their telehealth visit Communicate with the psychologist during sessions to coordinate next steps (e.g., bringing the next resident when notified) Clean and sanitize tablets between each use Ensure devices are charged, stored properly, and maintained with power banks as needed

Work Environment:

Work occurs inside residential and behavioral health facilities May include interaction with residents who have severe mental illness, including psychosis Must be comfortable and professional in high-acuity clinical settings

Requirements:

Reliable, punctual, and strong communicator Able to follow instructions and manage workflow independently Comfortable working in behavioral health or similar environments Professional demeanor in sensitive clinical settings

Schedule & Employment Type:

Part-time, 1099 independent contractor role Hours are variable Work assigned on an as-needed basis
