Process the conversion of applicants to caregivers. process certifications and evaluations for converted applicants. Review onboarding documentation. Follow up with the onboarding team regarding applicants pending conversion. Ensure that onboarding reports are updated daily. Step in as trainer when needed Case Management Communication Handle communication regarding client hospitalization/rehab admittance and nursing homes. Coordinate with Case Managers on

Service Changes:

Maintain communication with case managers to report service declines and necessary changes in care plans. Document all correspondence and upload it to the client's profile. Caregiver Management Process caregiver reinstatements and ensure documentation is up to date. Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process for ALL caregivers, ensuring forms are completed, signed, and uploaded to caregiver profiles. Handle caregiver check distribution with the support of one onboarding team member/receptionist Office Management Manage ADP access and responsible for the office staff tardiness report. Send a weekly report to HR. Provide meal in/out reports to HR. Any other duties assigned by management.

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
