Role:
Join Wellspring Personal Care as a CNA in Desplaines. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist the client with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing supervisor. Provide companionship and emotional support to the client. Help with mobility and physical activities to promote independence. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Document care provided and maintain accurate records. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience in a healthcare or personal care setting required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care. Must pass background checks and drug screening. Physical stamina to lift and assist the as needed.
