DSP West side of Chicago 2nd 3rd shift *CNAs Encouraged to apply*

Ohana Community Services, LLC is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our CILA homes. Our locations are primarily on the West Side of Chicago , with some opportunities on the South Side . We are currently looking for dependable staff for weekend 2nd shift and 3rd shift coverage . Candidates must be reliable, professional, and passionate about helping individuals live safely, respectfully, and independently in their home and community.

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Overnight staff must remain awake during the entire shift .

Responsibilities Include:

Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care needs Support meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and home cleanliness Assist with community activities and daily routines Follow behavior support plans and individualized care plans Complete required documentation accurately and on time Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean living environment Report concerns, incidents, or changes in client condition immediately

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Valid ID required Social Security number required for hiring/background check process Must pass required background checks and registry checks Must be dependable and able to work weekends Must be able to stay awake during overnight shifts DSP certification preferred, but not required CNA applicants are encouraged to apply
