Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including lifting, repositioning, and mobility support as needed. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to promote teamwork and continuity of care. Maintain dependable and punctual attendance, demonstrating reliability throughout assigned shifts. Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies. Qualifications & Skills Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois. Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) settings preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. CPR certification required. HCWR (Healthcare Worker Registry) compliant. Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents safely. Caring, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude. Dependable, punctual, with consistent attendance record.
