Job Description
Lauf@hshs.org HSHS Medical Group is offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus for a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Practice Highlights:
- Well established, growing practice with strong reputation within the Decatur community
- Monday
- Friday scheduled with an option of 4 or 5 days per week
- No call schedule, no holidays, and no weekends
EPIC EMR
- Ample training time with the neurology team Position requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified
- 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Neurology is preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.

Provider Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Base guarantee
