Lauf@hshs.org HSHS Medical Group is offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus for a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Practice Highlights:

• Well established, growing practice with strong reputation within the Decatur community
• Monday
• Friday scheduled with an option of 4 or 5 days per week
• No call schedule, no holidays, and no weekends

• EPIC EMR

• Ample training time with the neurology team Position requirements:
• Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified
• 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Neurology is preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.

• Relocation assistance both available Education Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred. Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred. Federal DEA license is preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
