Description:
Are you looking to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)? We are pleased to announce our first-ever Resident Assistant (RA) to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. There are lots of places you could work, right? But if you're looking for a career you love in a community that is committed to supporting you, look no further than Plymouth Place™. As a three-time Certified Great Place to Work®, we are serious about creating a strong, opportunity-rich culture driven by a mission to provide an exceptional lifestyle for our residents. Here, you never work alone. You have a team working alongside you, a team that cares just as much about how you're doing as what you're doing. And we make your safety and well-being our priority—with vaccinated staff and residents, rest assured we stand by this commitment. If you are selected to participate in the program, you will have lots of support to help you succeed. In return, we ask for a commitment of 14, 12-hour shifts. You will be rotating between the healthcare center, assisted living and memory care. Additionally, Plymouth Place will pay you to work as a RA while you are attending CNA Academy. Guess what? Plymouth Place has a great scholarship fund that is supporting the CNA Academy and we will pay for you to attend. No cost to you!
