CNA/Health Aide Night Shift

Duties Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, documenting changes accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Support patients with specialized needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, behavioral health support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintain infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Utilize medical terminology knowledge to accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Qualifications Valid CNA certification or equivalent credential; experience in healthcare settings preferred. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations such as seniors in assisted living or nursing homes; long-term care experience highly valued. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of vital signs measurement, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices including aseptic technique. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting patients using Hoyer lifts and assisting with mobility needs. Strong communication skills and compassionate caregiving approach; ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Pay:

$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
