Your Role:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing team Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being while meeting long-term care standards Make rounds and deliver responsive care and services to residents Collaborate with a team that fosters a positive, patient-centered environment Be a part of a workplace that prioritizes mentorship, growth, and professional development
