What You'll Do As a caregiver, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Supporting mobility and safe transfers Providing companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Maintaining a clean and safe home environment Using a mobile app to clock in and document care Communicating clearly with our office team Maintaining dependable attendance and professionalism Consistency matters—our clients rely on it. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred) CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Smartphone for care documentation Authorized to work in the United States Must pass background check and drug screening We hire individuals who demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and compassion.
