Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Dialysis Technician/CNA is responsible for the care of patients requiring dialysis treatments. Performs hemodialysis treatments including access through fistulas, grafts, or hemodialysis catheters under the supervison of a RN Dialysis as prescribed by the physician.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Licensure/Certifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant in current state American Heart Association BLS for healthcare provider CPR Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification within 18 months as required by

CMS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
