SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS

Weekend:
$1.75/hour
SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!
- $2,000 Sign On Bonus with a 1-year work commitment. - Must be of legal age to sign a contract, which is at least 18 years old, to be eligible for a sign on bonus. Candidates under 18 years old may still be considered for the position but are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed. Duties may vary according to department expectations and needs.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant CPR American Heart Association HealthCare Provider
BLS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Experience Six months experience in a clinical healthcare environment Six months experience in supporting physical, emotional and psycho-social needs of patients OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
