Key Qualifications:

Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license required Experience as a CNA or Certified Nurse Assistant in a healthcare or hospital setting Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support patients from varied backgrounds Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficient in documenting care and communicating effectively with both patients and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility Monitor patient health status and record vital signs promptly and accurately Support nursing staff with routine procedures and urgent patient needs Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff Uphold healthcare facility protocols, including infection control and patient confidentiality Contribute to emotional well-being by offering empathy and encouragement to all patients
