High Point Residence Quincy Quincy, IL 62305 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-time and part-time opportunities available Day and night shifts | Every other weekend required

  • 3:00pm 3:00pm
  • 11:00pm 11:00pm
  • 7:00am About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at High Point Residence Quincy, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of our residents.
Through compassionate, hands-on care and meaningful daily interactions, you will help enhance the quality of life for those we serve. Minimum Qualifications Active CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in a long-term care or senior living setting Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents Skills & Strengths Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt to individual resident needs and preferences Bilingual skills and EMR experience are a plus High Point Residence is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
