What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility. Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices. Help maintain a clean and safe environment. Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team. Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.
What You'll Need:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required). Clean IDPH background record (required). Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Benefits Available to
