Assist nursing, activities, and rehabilitation personnel with transfers to and from vehicle. Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments or outing. Maintain positive, professional interaction with residents and staff. Report all incidents/accidents immediately. Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions/equipment immediately. Adhere to facility policies and procedures Attend in-service training sessions as required. Operate transportation equipment in a safe manner. Clean up facility vehicle after completing transports daily. Maintain the confidentiality of resident care information. Subject to call back during emergency conditions (severe weather, evacuation, etc). Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nursing.
