Job Description

PRN CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Silvis Center Rehab and Care Silvis, Illinois We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Silvis Center Rehab and Care. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Job Summary:
As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities Take vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Maintain accurate records of resident care and vital signs Assist with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs Perform basic care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
Per diem schedule, with varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Pay:
$16.92 - $24.50 per hour
