Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team.

A few details:

After training is completed, CNAs will float between departments as needed to optimize resident care

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year. Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am.
