You are never alone. Our team provides guidance and support, including RN assistance, to help you feel confident delivering quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate weekend in-home care and companionship to senior clients. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide toileting assistance, incontinence care, and personal care support while maintaining dignity and respect. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment. Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention support when needed. Support clients with daily routines, errands, and household needs. Offer companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life. Observe client needs, follow care plans, and communicate updates with supervisors and families.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide (HHA), personal care assistant (PCA), or senior caregiver preferred. Experience with in-home care, elderly care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, companion care, or private duty caregiving is a plus. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care. Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality client care. Comfortable completing background check. High school diploma or GED required. Valid Driver's License. Auto Insurance. Reliable Transportation.
