Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain a safe and clean environment Follow individualized care plans

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification OR HHA experience preferred Compassionate and dependable attitude Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and proof of insurance preferred Ability to pass background check CPR certification Experience with seniors, dementia care, or disabled individuals preferred

Current TB test (or willingness to obtain upon hire) First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Clean background check and drug screening required. Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation. Ability to offer both physical and emotional support. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
