As a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care for our residents.
Job Summary:
We are seeking 2nd and 3rd shift dedicated and compassionate C.N.A. to join our team at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville, Indiana. As a C.N.A., you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, focusing on the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Your caring and attentive nature will help to create a warm and welcoming environment, making our residents feel valued and respected.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participate in resident care conferences and meetings. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Current C.N.A. certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and ambulate residents
