RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Duties :

Preparing patients for examinations Rounding on inpatients Assisting patients with ADLs as needed Assisting the RN with vital signs and treatments Assisting with cleaning patient beds/rooms for rapid turnover Assisting with after hours maintenance of kitchen Accurate documentation in

EMR Administrative Duties :

Using computer applications Answering telephones Answering door Welcoming patients Updating patient medical records Scheduling appointments Updating accountability program (REACH)

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent and Certified Nurse Aide certification from Indiana required.
