We are a locally owned Assisted living facility with low ratios (1 CNA to 9 Residents) with a focus on person-centered care and giving each resident the care they deserve. Full-time:

30-40 hours a week Low ratio: 1 CNA to 9 residents Dementia trained team (Teepa Snow PAC) On the city bus route Locally owned and supportive leadership Shift Details 1st 6:30am-2:45pm 2nd 2:30am-10:45pm 3rd 10:30am-6:45pm East side of Evansville (near Ascension St. Vincent) Your Responsibilities Assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry Answer call lights and provide compassionate support Lead/participate in engagement/activities with residents Work as part of a supportive care team Assist with meals other duties as assigned What we are looking for Indiana HHA/CNA certification Compassionate and passionate about dementia care Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable using a phone for charting About us Oasis Dementia Care has served the Tri-State area since 2015.
