In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort. Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the nursing staff or supervisor. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Requirements Valid CNA certification or Home Health Aide training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Fort Wayne, IN. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of clients. Background check and drug screening may be required.
