- Job Summary
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the clinic setting delivers essential nursing care under the supervision of licensed practitioners or Registered Nurses.
- Essential Functions
- + Performs patient intake, including observing, collecting, and documenting current symptoms, medical history, medications, and vital signs in the electronic medical record.
- Qualifications
- + 0-2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient setting required
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- + Proficiency in direct patient care, including medication administration and diagnostic testing.
- Licenses and Certifications
- + LPN
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- State Licensure required or + LVN
- Licensed Vocational Nurse required + BCLS
- Basic Life Support obtained from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
