What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least two years of caregiving experience and a valid CNA in the state of Indiana.

Compassion:

A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.

Skills:

Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and engagement.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Encourage the resident to be active and participate in daily living activities Helping with Activities of Daily Living Attend staff training as required Dependable transportation Ability to deal tactfully, show patience, maintain a cheerful disposition, show enthusiasm with residents, family members, visitors, outside agencies, and other employees, and demonstrate a willingness to handle difficult individuals, situations, etc. Must maintain a neat appearance and follow Story Cottage Living's dress code Uphold daily the Story Cottage brand standards
