Job Description

We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Assistants, Companions, and Caregivers. Responsibilities:
Support clients in maintaining personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral care, and skincare. Aid clients with toileting needs, including assistance with bed pans when necessary. Assist clients with bed transfers and mobility, adhering to proper techniques and excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless certified. Support clients in walking, providing assistance with walkers and wheelchairs as needed. Assist clients with self-administering medications and accurately document vital signs. Prepare meals and offer feeding assistance when required. Guide clients in prescribed exercises, ensuring both client and aide have received proper instruction from healthcare professionals. Maintain thorough records and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the Supervisor. Communicate effectively through telephone conversations and document service delivery or deviations from client requests following agency policies. Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
