Schedule Details Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Includes rotating weekends and holidays Additional pay incentives: +$1.50/hr for nights +$1.50/hr for weekends Compensation Hourly rate: $18.99 to $21.21 , depending on experience Shift and weekend differentials stack on top of base pay What You'll Do Provide hands-on daily care and support to residents Assist with mobility, hygiene, and routine activities Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure quality care Help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment What We're Looking For Active Indiana CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days) Interest or experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or assisted living Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset Benefits Package Health, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions Paid time off Optional life insurance and additional coverage options ??
