Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating, and providing fluids and nourishment Help residents with personal hygiene and assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse Document resident food and fluid intake Maintain a clean and tidy environment, making beds and keeping living areas tidy Transport residents within the facility and assist nurses and other staff as needed Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and federal, state, and local requirements and standards Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data
Requirements:
Current and Valid CNA certification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good collaboration and teamwork skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail and in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications
