We are growing and looking for a kind, dependable, and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our Home Health team. Now Hiring for All Shifts We are currently looking to fill day, evening, and midnight PRN shifts. What Youll Do As a Home Health Aide, youll play a vital role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. You will provide hands-on support while following individualized care plans developed by our nursing team.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProviding mobility support and assistance with walking or transfersOffering medication reminders and basic health monitoring (vital signs, etc.)Supporting residents with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationEscorting residents to activities and appointments within the communityObserving and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing teamCreating a calm, respectful, and positive environment for residents What Makes This Role Special Youll work in a supportive, team-oriented environmentBuild meaningful relationships with residents and their familiesBe part of a mission-driven organization that truly values compassionOpportunities to grow your skills in healthcare Qualifications We welcome both experienced caregivers and those looking to start a meaningful career in healthcare.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing)Must meet one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) active and in good standing in IndianaRegistered Home Health Aide (HHA) in IndianaSuccessful completion of 75 hours of training as a Home Health Aide as required in state and federal regulations, successful completion of the Home Health Aide Competency and Skills testing, and eligibility for state registration. (or willingness to complete - we offer this for free!) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain - we provide this for free)

Preferred:
