Derby, Haysville, Mulvane, Wichita, Andover, Rose Hill, and surrounding communities Schedule options include days, evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts. About the Opportunity We are hiring caring and reliable In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to support clients throughout the Derby area. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexible scheduling, steady work, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while working independently in the field. You will be part of a stable, well-supported home care team that values caregivers, provides structure without micromanagement, and offers consistent client demand. What You'll Do Caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.Duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Preparing simple meals and assisting with nutrition needs
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
- Giving medication reminders (non-clinical)
- Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when needed

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- TB test and physical required prior to starting (testing provided)
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Prior caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience helpful but not required
