Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced CNA/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one assistance to an elderly woman in the comfort of her own home. The ideal candidate will help our loved one maintain her independence, safety, and quality of life through dedicated support and companionship. Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), may including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Provide specialized care for early dementia Monitor medications Conduct patient observations, including monitoring for changes in condition or behavior Assist with meal preparation, feeding, laundry, light cleaning, and maintaining a hygienic environment to promote overall well-being. Support patients during home health visits by helping with transportation or errands when needed. Experience Prior experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with dementia/memory care is advantageous. Familiarity with medical terminology, vital signs measurement, medication administration, and medical documentation standards is essential. Long-term care experience combined with skills in cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and home & community care will set you apart as a dedicated caregiver ready to provide exceptional patient-centered support.
