Job Description

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) — Full Time, Day Shift Anew Healthcare of Pleasanton | Pleasanton, KS Anew Healthcare of Pleasanton, a 25-bed residential health care facility, is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our care team.
Schedule:
Full Time, Day Shift — 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts).
Schedule rotates week to week:
3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next.
Pay:
$16.00-$17.00/hr

Paid time off (PTO) What You'll Do As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Duties include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene Helping residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation Serving meals and assisting residents with eating and proper hydration Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and reporting changes to nursing staff Measuring and documenting intake and output, weights, and other resident information Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs and requests Assisting with turning and repositioning to prevent skin breakdown Making beds, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical condition, behavior, or emotional state Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families Following infection control, safety, and resident rights/dignity protocols Accurately documenting care provided in resident records What We're Looking For Active Kansas CNA certification (in good standing on the Kansas Nurse Aide Registry) Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift/transfer residents as required Compassionate, patient, and reliable team player Strong communication skills and attention to detail Apply today and become part of a team committed to quality, dignity-centered care.
