Team Leader, Community Clinic

The Team Leader - Community Clinic is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administrative functions that support the day-to-day operations of the Community Clinic. This position focuses on managing clerical workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, organizing financial and operational records, and ensuring smooth internal communication within the department. This role provides direction and support to a small administrative team, ensures compliance with established office procedures, and assists the Director in implementing process improvements, departmental goals, and operational initiatives. Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in patient registration, accounts, or related experience required.
