CNA/ Inhome Caregiver

Overview Please read fully In Home CNA/Caregiver, position available where your compassionate nature and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This vital role involves providing high-quality, in home personalized total care to male. Must have transfer, hoyer lift, ADL experience. Hours available 4pm-8pm Friday- Sunday Also available: Friday -2pm-8pm only Must pass background Not a cash paying job Application and W9 to be completed Bi Weekly pay Responsibilities Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to ensure patient stability Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, brain injury or behavioral health needs Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, sliding board, standing frame Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent credential; prior experience preferred but not mandatory Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals , nursing homes, hospice, or outpatient clinics Ability to work in home setting with individuals with disabilities or complex medical needs including stroke, dementia, intellectual disabilities Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for providing exceptional patient service and must pay attention to detail Must be able to lift or transfer patients using equipment like Hoyer lifts and adhere to aseptic techniques during procedures
