  • 7:00 AM 12-Hour Shifts 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly 30-Minute Meal Break Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV.
This role supports resident care within a long-term care and rehabilitation environment during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Support resident mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning Take and document vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff Maintain clean and safe patient care environments Follow infection prevention and facility safety protocols Provide compassionate emotional support and patient-centered care Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights Complete accurate patient documentation and communication Requirements Active CNA certification required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and professional work ethic required For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
