Schedule:

M-F with call rotation

• Rotate all specialties
• Will work in the clinic with the physician when not in surgery
• Required Certifications (must have one of the following): o CSA (Certified Surgical Assistant) from NSAA (National Surgical Assistant Association) o NCCSA (National Commission for the Certification of Surgical Assistants) o CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assistant) from NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting)
• Required Licensure (must have this and it is a lengthy process that has proven difficult to obtain): o Kentucky CSA license (KCSA) from Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure (KBML) Facility Location Situated in Hopkins County, Madisonville offers quaint, small-town Kentucky living at its finest.
