Caregivers & CNAs We're hiring dependable Caregivers and CNAs who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts and can provide consistent, high-quality care to our residents. This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, patient, and team-oriented , with the ability to stay organized and engaged throughout a full shift. What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents Follow and carry out individualized care plans Document care and communicate changes in condition Provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents Work closely with nurses and team members to ensure quality care What We're Looking For Active CNA certification (preferred, not always required for caregiver roles) Previous senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused Schedule & Pay $18
