Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility. Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns. Participate in emergency medicine procedures when necessary to ensure patient safety. Skills Proficiency in medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team. Experience in providing patient care. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
