Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -Relocate to Vermont Revv Staffing - 4.9 Baton Rouge, LA Job Details Travel nursing | Contract $24 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Housing allowance Employee discount Qualifications CNA Full Job Description About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team for a travel contract assignment in Vermont. ️ This is a Travel / Relocation position to Vermont. Candidates must be willing to temporarily relocate to Vermont for the duration of the contract.• Housing allowance available for travel contracts CNAs in this role will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will work closely with nursing staff to support residents with daily activities, monitor changes in condition and ensure each resident's comfort, dignity and overall well-being while upholding a high standard of care. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff. Provide support to residents with disabilities and behavioral health issues. Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols. Assist with mobility and transportation of residents within the facility. Maintain a clean safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols. Participate in resident care planning meetings are required. Document resident information accurately using electronic health record system like Epic or eClinicalWorks. Qualifications Valid Vermont CNA Certification Current physical and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy Previous experience in a nursing home, long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication and attention to detail skills are essential Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate to Vermont Benefits Daily Pay available Housing Allowance• Perk Spot - Free employee discount program (travel, shopping, dining, entertainment and more) Dedicated staffing support throughout your contract Ability to Relocate- before starting work (Required)
