Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Onyx Care of Farmerville. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist patients with eating and drinking, and provide emotional support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Monitor and report patient condition changes to nursing staff and physicians Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:

Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
