Role:
As a CNA, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing basic nursing care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care Assisting with mobility and transfer of clients to and from wheelchairs, beds, and other positions Maintaining accurate records of client care and treatment Working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
