Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Help patients with eating and ensure they receive proper nutrition
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
