Compensation & Perks Starting wages at $15+/hour (based on experience) $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Shift differentials for evening and night shifts Flexible scheduling options Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA) Tuition Reimbursement & Career Advancement Opportunities Schedule Rotating schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off AM and PM shifts available (6a-2p) & (2p-10p) Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide hygiene and oral care according to care plans Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) Ensure residents' comfort and safety Maintain clean, organized, and clutter-free living spaces Follow all care plans and facility procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing Ability to meet state and federal in-service education requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Recent clinical experience or education preferred Why Join Us?
