Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Assist with patient transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs while adhering to safety standards and proper body mechanics Experience Previous experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in hospital medicine, long-term care, assisted living, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and basic life support (BLS) procedures Experience caring for individuals with disabilities, behavioral health needs, or those requiring dementia or Alzheimer's care is advantageous Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics while maintaining professionalism and compassion Join us to become part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional patient service through expert caregiving. $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
