Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Cape Verdean Creole speaking CNA to join our Hospice team. Our Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal care to patients by promoting comfort on a daily basis in accordance with an established plan of care and under the supervision of a registered nurse and other professionals. Perform daily documentation of patient services performed based on plan of care and observation. Communicate and report any changes in patient condition to case manager and caring team. Valid driver's license & insurance Reliable transportation

CNA License Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
