Under direction of individually assigned Director of Patient Services or Designee, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the Emergency Department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, department manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, etc. A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience are required. Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Emergency or Critical Care Nurse national certification (CEN or CCRN) is preferred. A minimum of five years related work experience required.

Compensation:

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
