The base salary range for this position is $16.23 - $24.12, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Position Summary:

Nursing Assistant Float Pool. Full-time 40 Hours per Week, Days 7 am to 3:30 pm. Methuen campus. Duties include, but are not limited to : A variety of Clinical Measures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels Bathing, observation and meals ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Answering call buttons Ensures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degree Basic Life Support certification. Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required. An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required.
