This is a consistent part-time schedule with immediate openings available.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Hours:

2:00 PM

• 6:00

PM Pay Rate:

$19

• 20 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide direct personal care and support to client Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Ensure client safety, comfort, and supervision Light housekeeping related to client care Communicate any concerns to the care team/family

Requirements:
